The building, which modifies the city’s skyline, has included the ultra-compact Dekton surface by Cosentino, a leading company in the distribution of innovative surfaces for the world of architecture and design.
The ventilated facade has been developed in Zenith color and carried out by means of large-format customized panels with unique and exclusive quartering.
Thanks to its design, the tower is able to optimize ventilation and solar protection during the different seasons of the year, resulting in a reduction of between 33 and 39% in CO2 emissions.
Another of its achievements, in terms of sustainability, is the careful selection of construction materials. In the case of Dekton, its use is not isolated, as it is a carbon neutral product throughout its life cycle.
In addition to this, the innovative waste management system for waste disposal and separation, which saves 70% in costs; landscaped areas composed of a selection of native specimens that require less irrigation and, together with the systems for reusing and storing rainwater, result in an impressive 50% reduction in water consumption;
incorporation of toilets, faucets and appliances with the highest standards in consumption reduction, which have resulted in a 40% decrease in the use of water in each home, as well as elevators with an energy regeneration system and the incorporation of home automation devices capable of automatically adapting the temperature, humidity and ventilation according to the needs of each moment.
