Macael Awards 2016: the countdown for nominations begins

Companies of ‘Asociación de Empresarios del Mármol de Andalucía’ are already in the final stretch to submit their nominations for the Macael Awards, which this year celebrated its 30th anniversary on 18 November. It will be this Friday September 30 the last day of deadline for submitting proposals.

As usual, the companies must accompany their nominations with the corresponding documentation that justifies the purpose and merits, images of that, informational material and technical documentation, among others.

When the deadline ends the Jury of Macael Awards will start working on the selection of nominations to choose the awarded of this XXX Edition. Once again, the international nature that already characterizes the most important promotional act of Natural Stone nationally will be maintained.

It is recalled that its categories are as follows: North America International Award, Latin America International Award, Europe International Award, Africa International Award, Asia International Award, National Award, Award Person / Institution, Design Award, Award for Communication/Communicator. International Awards and the National Prize may fall, indifferently, on a Work, Architect, Developer, Council or Public Administration.

As happened on the last edition, Macael Awards will also coincide this year with the celebration of VII International Meeting of the Stone, (VII Encuentro Internacional de la Piedra), organized by Andalusian Agency for Foreign Promotion (EXTENDA), of the Government of Andalusia. The participants in this activity, representatives of international companies, will join to the awarded and guests on the night of the event.

AEMA values and appreciates both the effort of the companies presenting their candidacies, as the collaboration of its sponsors, two forces without them, the celebration of these awards would not be possible. dsc_0166
